Working with the Division 1 Visual team to create dynamic visual displays that have a distinct point of view, drive sales and promote current fashion trends. Vinyl production and source props and materials to enhance each display. Created paintings and a wooden sculpture for our Fashion Week “Gallery” display. Ensure that the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor Designer brands visual standards and shops are maintained on a daily basis. Daily review of new arrivals to keep the mannequins in the newest and most current merchandise.

Assist the design team with market/print research and creating mood/color boards for each season. Created and maintained the Instagram account for our Roudelain label.

Worked with the VP of Visual and each store manager to strategize bi-monthly window and interior changes to drive business through a consistent visual message and brand DNA. Managed a team of five in the NY store, and visual freelancers in the other LP locations.

Responsibilities included shoe and accessory design. Collaborated with Manolo Blahnik on Spring 2012 shoes and Gianvito Rossi on Fall 2012 shoes. Collaborated with Albertus Swanepoel on Spring 2012 hats and House of Flora on Fall 2012 accessories. Assisted during fittings, created spec sheets and tech packs; assembled cut tickets for factories. Designed the Spring 2012 BB Logo Anchor. Created artwork and embroidery layouts using fabric and sketches provided.

Assisted the store creative team with niche display, merchandise and mannequin rigging. Set up bi-monthly window displays and the seasonal Ralph Lauren Home decoration and assembly. Maintained the window and store displays daily to RL standards. Also assisted with the former Rugby store windows and interior displays.
